Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using TransRoyal Courier's services, website, or mobile applications (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our Services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. Additional terms may apply to specific services, and such additional terms will be made available to you in connection with those services.

Services Description

TransRoyal Courier provides courier and logistics services including but not limited to:

Express Delivery

Fast and reliable domestic and international package delivery with real-time tracking.

Clearing & Forwarding

Comprehensive customs clearance and international forwarding services.

Warehousing

Secure storage and fulfillment solutions with advanced inventory management.

E-Commerce Logistics

End-to-end e-commerce fulfillment, from storage to last-mile delivery.

User Responsibilities

As a user of our Services, you agree to the following responsibilities:

Accurate Information Provide complete and accurate information for all shipments
Proper Packaging Ensure packages are properly packaged, labeled, and secured
Legal Compliance Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and shipping restrictions
Account Security Maintain the security of your account credentials and information
Timely Payment Pay all applicable fees and charges in a timely manner

Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited from being shipped through our Services:

Absolutely Prohibited

  • Illegal drugs and narcotics
  • Firearms, ammunition, and weapons
  • Explosives and flammable materials
  • Hazardous chemicals
  • Live animals (except as expressly permitted)
  • Human remains or body parts
  • Counterfeit or stolen goods
  • Currency and negotiable instruments

Restricted (Special Permission Required)

  • Perishable goods requiring refrigeration
  • High-value items (jewelry, precious metals)
  • Prescription medications
  • Alcohol and tobacco products
  • Batteries and electronic devices with batteries

Important: We reserve the right to inspect any package and refuse shipment of any item that violates these restrictions. Violation may result in termination of your account and legal action.

Shipping Terms & Conditions

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, customs delays, and transportation disruptions.

Package Inspection

We reserve the right to open and inspect any package for security reasons, to verify contents, or to ensure compliance with these Terms of Service.

Undeliverable Packages

Packages may be considered undeliverable for the following reasons:

  • Insufficient or incorrect address
  • Recipient refusal to accept delivery
  • Failure to pay customs duties or taxes
  • Inability to contact recipient
  • Safety or security concerns

Storage Fees Notice

Packages that cannot be delivered and are held at our facilities may be subject to storage fees. Unclaimed packages may be disposed of or returned to sender after 30 days.

Payment Terms

Late Payments

Late payments may be subject to interest charges of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate allowed by law. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with overdue balances.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to adjust our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect shipments that have already been paid for.

Liability & Insurance

Standard Liability

Our liability for loss or damage to shipments is limited to the lesser of:

  • The actual value of the lost or damaged contents
  • $100 per shipment (or local currency equivalent)
  • The cost of shipping

Declared Value & Insurance

For items valued over $100, we recommend purchasing additional insurance. Declared value coverage must be requested at the time of shipment and is subject to additional fees.

Excluded Liabilities

We are not liable for:

  • Consequential or indirect damages
  • Loss of profits or business opportunities
  • Delay-related damages
  • Items improperly packaged by the sender
  • Acts of God, war, or civil unrest

Claims Process

Claims for lost or damaged items must be filed within 30 days of the scheduled delivery date. Documentation including proof of value and damage may be required.
